Research conducted in the School of Computing and Information Technology has a distinguished reputation, particularly in collaboration with industry, both in Australia and internationally. Our research groupings have attracted researchers engaged in significant, well-funded projects with the very latest infrastructure. Our school conducts research in a wide range of areas including:

  • Artificial intelligence, image processing and pattern recognition;
