2018 UOW Faculty of Engineering and Information Sciences (EIS) Post Graduate Coursework Scholarship
The 2018 UOW Faculty of Engineering and Information Sciences (EIS) Post Graduate Coursework Scholarship scheme is a 10% (ten percent) discount of the full tuition fee available to International students from the nationalities listed below, commencing their first Masters course including packaged offers with Graduate Certificate offered at the Faculty of Engineering and Information Sciences, University of Wollongong.
The scholarship will apply to the following citizenships only: India, Nepal, Vietnam, Pakistan, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Thailand, Iran, Kenya, Mongolia, Nigeria, Cambodia, Zimbabwe, Myanmar and Ghana.
There is no limit on the number of scholarships to be granted for students commencing in 2018 and they will be awarded at time of offer.
The student’s enrolled course determines eligibility for the Scholarship Scheme. Students enrolled in the following courses (16-subject Masters) as at the census date of Session 1 or Session 2, 2018, without any credit for prior learning (advanced standing) are eligible for the Scholarship Scheme.

- Master of Information and Communication Technology Advanced
- Master of Information Technology
- Master of Health Informatics
- Master of Information Technology Management
- Master of Science (Medical Radiation Physics)
- Master of Financial Mathematics
- Master of Mathematics
- Master of Statistics
To be eligible for the Scholarship Scheme, students must return a signed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and meet all the conditions of the Scholarship.
Results and Progression
To retain and remain eligible for the Scholarship during their studies, students must achieve and maintain a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 75 or more; they must progress normally with a fulltime study load of 24 credit points per session and meet all the other conditions of the Scholarship.

Enquiries and Applications
You do not have to make a separate application for a Scholarship, as it will be awarded automatically when you receive an offer for an eligible course and meet the scholarship requirements. Applicants will receive a Scholarship notification and the Terms and Conditions of their scholarship at the same time as their Offer of Admission into their course.
For any student eligible for a scholarship, the reduction will be applied per session of study.
